Prof. Enrico Baraldi

Enrico Baraldi is a professor of Industrial Engineering and Management at Uppsala University, Sweden, and adjunct professor at NTNU/Trondheim Business School, Norway. His areas of expertise include industrial marketing, business strategy, innovation management and academic entrepreneurship. His research interest in innovation and entrepreneurship springs from his own experience as an entrepreneur within web-design and portal solutions in the early days of the Internet in the mid 1990s.

Enrico has published over 50 scientific works on the topics above and has been teaching for the last 20 years in those subjects at all levels, including executive MBA. Recently he is strongly engaged in promoting new industrial and R&D policies to stimulate innovation in the field of antibiotics, as a way to address the many challenges posed by antimicrobial resistance.
